Bio: Dr. Siems moved to Spokane, WA in 1999 and opened Inland Empire Veterinary Imaging. When away from the office he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

| Dr. Meredeth McEntire Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Pathologists
Bio: Dr. McEntire is an Inland Northwest native having grown up in Oregon, and practicing in Eastern Washington after attending WSU. She joined the team at IEVI in January of 2019. While Dr. McEntire isn’t looking at cells under a microscope, her and her husband enjoy running, biking, skiing, and kowtowing to their two cats, Wee and Scout.

 | Mary Vawter Practice Manager
Mary came to work for IEVI in October of 2000 as a transcriptionist, and in 2006 we added manager to her title. She enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and grandkids: cooking, baking, and building forts. When she has some down time she likes to crochet. |

| Amanda Kracht Assistant Manager
Amanda grew up in northern Idaho, and after graduating with a BA from the University of Idaho she began work in the administrative field. She joined the IEVI team in March of 2019 as a receptionist and assistant. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, and fly fishing with her husband Josh. When Amanda isn't outside exploring and fishing, she enjoys snuggling with her two kitties, Pinkerton and Morty.

| Jennifer Hartley Receptionist
Jennifer was born and raised in the Spokane area. She has worked for different veterinary clinics since the age of 17 and joined our team in the Spring of 2018. She enjoys reading, going to the lake and riding her horses with friends and family. |

| Amber Porphy
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Amber joined our team in January 2020. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but has lived all over the U.S. After graduating high school, she joined the U.S. Air Force and served two tours in Iraq. Since then, Amber obtained a License as a Veterinary Technician and a Radiologic Technologist for human medicine. In her free time, Amber enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, bike riding, and playing sports.

| Stephanie Altamirano Licensed Veterinary Technician
Stephanie joined our team in March of 2020. She has been a credentialed veterinary technician since 2014 after graduating from College of Southern Idaho. She has a wide variety of experience including exotics, emergency and specialized practice. Stephanie spends her free time with her husband, 2 kids, 3 dogs and 1 cat. They like to get outside snowboarding, mushroom hunting and biking. |

| Jennifer Bakotich Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jennifer joined Inland Empire Veterinary Imaging in August of 2020. She has been a licensed veterinary technician since 2006. She has worked in various specialties and emergency, but loves diagnostic imaging the most. In her free time she rides horses, and spends time with her dog (Booker) and cat (Maksimus). She also enjoys various outdoor activities here in the beautiful Pacific northwest.

Heather started working at veterinary clinics at the age of 15 and started at IEVI in 2008. She has a mini zoo of farm animals, including her Gypsy Vanner horses which she breeds. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horses, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her son. |

| Lindsey Dearfield Veterinary Assistant
She moved from western Washington to Spokane in 2018, and joined the IEVI team in April of 2020. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years, primarily in specialty. Coming to work to care for your pets is her passion. At home she has two kids, two cats, one dog, and a fiancé. When she isn't caring for you pets, she can be found adventuring the outdoors with her family. |
